The use of silver metallic in Asian design is less common than the use of gold. It is with pleasure that we share a unique "silver" find with you. The saucer shaped cast iron body of this special tetsubin teapot is delicately painted with a silver flecked pattern of shrimp and is topped off on the lid with a matching shrimp shaped knob. The interior is lined in enamel and is fitted with a removable stainless steel infuser. Please do not boil water in this pot, it is for brewing your tea only. Hand washing recommended. Gift boxed. Made in Japan. (Discontinued, please see our other
tetsubin teapots)
