I have lived in Taiwan and was looking for exactly this. These really are made in Taiwan as they match a travel set of chopsticks and spoon that I bought there. They are dishwasher safe, and nice looking. Much easier to use that the thicker ceramic soup spoons, and perfect to go with the noodle soups i like to make.
